Corporate Color Printing is hiring again and we are looking for someone passionate about customer service and creating a great experience for our clients, vendors and team members.  Your role will be to create WOW moments for our clients, making sure their day was a little brighter talking with you and helping them with their printing needs.  You will also help facilitate creating these WOW moments for our vendors and our team.

 

We are a digital printing company that specializes in commercial printing, book printing working with authors around the US to get their books into their client's hands and custom packaging for our clients.

More tangibly the customer service / Administrative Assistant will also:

- interact with clients via phone and email

- produce digital mock ups in Illustrator showing off to our clients what we can do

- enter orders in our software for clients

- help with accounts payable in Quickbooks and Excel

- help maintain the details of our Excel spreadsheets and our KPI's

- create amazing moments for our clients, vendors and team members

 

The skills needed for these positions are:

- strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Quickbooks

- knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign is a plus

- great communication skills, both written and verbal

- team player that is willing to help others succeed

- generally enjoyable to be around- detail-oriented and highly organized

 

We are seeking a full time, permanent Administrative Assistant / Customer Service.

 

The pay range will be from $16 - $18 per hour depending on experience. You will also receive paid holidays, 401K matching, employee of the month bonuses, random lunches, a dinner a quarter where we celebrate our top employees and a little hot coffee too.
